As part of our commitment to ensure the research directives from the Handbook of Research on Teachers of Color and Indigenous Teachers are advanced in the future, the National Center for Research on Educator Diversity (NCRED) has established an annual fellowship dedicated to educator diversity. Drawing from the Handbook’s research directives, the primary goal of the fellowship is to strategically advance the dissemination of the knowledge base by supporting the:
(a) curation of a sustainable research network of scholars committed to advancing educator diversity research; and
(b) development of research, policy, and practice projects to reach a broader cross-section of education stakeholders.
